A significant change of ETH exchange rate has happened in recent weeks. As this change happened in the period, when MDK has announced its Token Sale, our team has decided to adjust our rates and link it to US dollars. Thus the rate at Token Sale Phase 1 will be 0.012 USD for 1 MDK.
The exchange rate of MDK tokens was estimated at the time, when the ETH exchange rate was $270. Adjusting the rate now will allow us to return our Tokens to the initial assessment and avoid price overestimating at the initial sales stage. We do believe it is very important for healthy development of the project in future.
Moreover, when our team was assessing the exchange rate of MDK tokens, we were guided by the model of future income and expenditures of the project calculated in US dollars. Thus, fixing the exchange rate in USD will allow us to match the declared model more accurately and avoid the collection of surplus funds. This change serves the interests of all future project participants.
Adjusting MDK tokens rate will certainly be a pleasant news for everyone who plans to purchase them:
- If you have not yet purchased ETH and plan acquire MDK Tokens, now for 1 USD you can get more of them. This amount will no longer depend on the volatility of the ETH exchange rate.
- If you have already purchased ETH and in case its rate does not change, for 1 ETH you will get more MDK tokens.
Token Sale Phase 1 details:
Start: November 29, 2017, 12:00 PM.
Finish: December 31, 2017, 08:59 PM or until all the tokens allotted for the phase are sold.
Exchange rate: 0.012 USD for 1 MDK (the current exchange rate of MDK to ETH or BTC tokens will be automatically recalculated and displayed in the personal account at https://mdk.is in accordance with the market correlation of ETH and BTC to the US dollar at the time of purchase).
Hard cap: 100,000,000 MDK tokens (approximately $ 1.0–1.2 million, depends on the number of distributed bonuses).
Accepted currencies: ETH or BTC.
Minimum transaction amount: 0.1 ETH or 0.01 BTC.
Time bonuses: 10% on the first day and 5% on the remaining days of the first week.
Payment amount bonuses: from $ 1,000 to $ 9,999–3%; from $ 10 000 to $ 49 999–6%; from $ 50 000 and above — 10%. If you expect to receive a bonus for volume, we recommend sending a slightly larger amount than it is indicated above, since there might be slight fluctuations in the exchange rate during the transaction.
The addresses for purchasing MDK tokens will be available only in your personal account at https://mdk.is. Carefully check the web site address in the browser line. Do not send funds to addresses that fraudsters can send you.
